![]() Management has their favorites, and they most definitely fraternize with subordinates outside of work. ![]() If you don't go out of your way to greet your managers, you're considered hostile and unapproachable. In certain departments, If you focus on your job to help out your team without stopping to make small talk with fellow employees beyond a "hello" or if they need help from a veteran, you're considered hostile and unapproachable, regardless of your customer service. You're expected to sell sell sell when it comes to the club card, no matter your position. Everything is numbers related, EVERYTHING. What was surprising was the complete disregard in-house management has for their subordinates. ![]() Over time, the "family" aspect changed, which was not surprising. I have worked in multiple departments and had been employed here for 10 years. ![]()
